Wide-open public lands, big rivers, big game, motorsports, hunting, hiking, camping, fishing, rafting, and boating are all nearby. Wolford Mtn. Reservoir is 10 minutes away. This is a quiet, rural neighborhood in the mountainous Gore Pass area of Grand County. While the homes and properties are spaced out, there are still neighbors to consider and respect.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire interior of the home as well as the 5 acres of land that it sits on. There is a shed and a garage on the property that are both locked and not available for guest access.
Find us
Maps apps should take you right to the house. The roads are not well lit nor well marked. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended in the snowy season (late September-May). The home is located 7 miles up a winding mountain-pass road. While this is maintained by the county and regularly plowed, the road can be snowy and/or icy. The road to the driveway is a gravel, dirt road. There is plenty of uncovered parking in the circle driveway.
